The Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition India was officially launched on 14th August 2025 with an ex-showroom price tag of ₹27.79 lakh. Initially, the company announced only 300 units for this special edition EV SUV. But the response from customer has been so overwhelming that Mahindra now increased the number to 999 units.

This limited-edition model is based on the range-topping Pack 3 variant of BE 6, which uses a 79 kWh battery pack. The Batman Edition is a result of Mahindra’s global partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP).

Booking Process

Mahindra has planned a unique two-phase booking process for the BE 6 Batman Edition:

• Phase I (From 21st August, 2025 at 5 PM): Customers can add the Batman Edition SUV to their cart on Mahindra’s official website.
• Phase II (From 23rd August, 11 AM): Buyers will need to confirm the booking by paying a token amount of ₹21,000 on Mahindra’s digital platform.

After successful booking, the customer can also select their preferred badge number between 001 and 999. Mahindra has clarified that badge numbers are non-exclusive, meaning two or more buyers can select the same number if they want.

Deliveries of the BE 6 Batman Edition will start from 20th September 2025, which is also celebrated as International Batman Day.

Exterior Design Highlights

The BE 6 Batman Edition India has been finished in a special Satin Black paint scheme, making it look unique compared to regular versions.

• Custom Batman decals on the front doors
• Bold 20-inch alloy wheels
• Alchemy Gold-painted suspension and brake calipers
• Rear “BE 6 × The Dark Knight” badging
• Bat emblems on hub caps, front quarter panels, rear bumper, windows and rear windshield

It also comes with an Infinity Roof, which proudly carries the Dark Knight Trilogy Bat emblem. Even the carpet lamps project the Bat symbol. The rear door cladding features Batman Edition signature stickers, adding exclusivity to the model.

Cabin & Interior Features

Inside the SUV, Mahindra has added many Batman-themed touches to enhance the special edition feel:

• Brushed Alchemy Gold Batman Edition plaque with numbering on the dashboard
• Dark Knight Trilogy Bat emblem embossed on the seats, interior labels and even the ‘Boost’ button
• Charcoal leather instrument panel (IP) with brushed gold halo around the driver’s cockpit

Overall, the cabin feels premium and fully dedicated to the Batman theme.

Future Plans

Mahindra has also confirmed that it will bring more limited-edition models in 2026, hinting that Batman Edition is just the beginning of their special edition lineup for the Indian EV market.
