Tata Motors has now revealed the full price details for the Tata Harrier EV RWD version of the Harrier EV in India, after earlier sharing just the starting price. The rear-wheel drive models of the Harrier EV start at an introductory price of ₹21.49 lakh and go up to ₹27.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Tata Motors will officially start taking bookings for the Harrier EV from July 2, 2025.
It’s important to note that the given prices don’t include the cost of the optional AC fast charger or its installation. The real attention grabber is the dual-motor AWD model, whose specs have already been revealed before the official price announcement scheduled for June 27, 2025. The top-end versions deliver a total power of 396 PS, with 158 PS coming from the front motor and 238 PS from the rear, along with a strong torque of 504 Nm.

Tata says the Harrier EV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 6.3 seconds, making it the fastest in its category. A major feature is the six terrain modes available, designed to help the vehicle adjust and perform well on different types of surfaces. This is backed up by a 540-degree surround view camera system, which even shows the area right beneath the vehicle.

Tata Harrier EV RWD Comfortable Ride and Useful Features
The Harrier EV comes with a segment-first 14.53-inch QLED touchscreen for infotainment, which is a standout feature in its class. It also features a 10-speaker JBL Black sound system with Dolby Atmos and special audio profiles. The suspension system is equipped with Frequency Dependent Damping technology for better ride quality. There are other helpful features too, like e-Valet auto park assist, a digital key called Digi Access, and Tata’s DrivePay system for easy in-car payments.

The electric Harrier comes with different battery options depending on the variant, but the highest-spec model packs a 75 kWh battery that offers an ARAI-certified range of 627 km under combined P1+P2 testing. In real life, the expected driving range is around 480 to 505 km on a full charge. Besides that, Tata says the fast charging feature can add up to 250 km of range in just 15 minutes, but that’s only under ideal conditions.
Tata is also focusing on giving a great ownership experience by offering a lifetime battery warranty to the first private owner. The complete range of variants along with the pricing for the dual-motor version will be announced soon, Tata’s Harrier EV goes head-to-head with the Hyundai Creta Electric, Mahindra XEV 9e, and its own sibling, the BE 6.
